Jobs created in the ATS are pushed through to Care Friends. Any of the job fields can be edited in Care Friends. These edits WILL NOT sync back to the ATS. Jobs are activated individually in Care Friends and become available for staff to share.
Staff share the jobs and new candidates express interest as they do in a non-integrated system. When the candidate is created in Care Friends, a new candidate and associated application is also created in the ATS. The exact status of the new candidate in the ATS will depend upon the specific ATS.
When the status of a candidate is updated in the ATS, the status update is pushed through into Care Friends and the candidate is updated in Care Friends. Points and/or notifications are sent to the referrer as if the candidate had been updated within Care Friends.
* The 'Still in Post' milestone will not be tracked by the ATS, so that stage will still need to be updated within Care Friends itself.
